1. About these terms

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cure4Pain online store and appointment booking service (“Service”) operated by TODO — legal entity name. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the Service if you are at least 18 years of age, or if a parent or lawful guardian uses the Service on behalf of a patient under 18.

You create an account by verifying your phone number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone and ensuring it is not used by unauthorised persons to access the Service. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our servers, or any related systems.
• Use the Service to transmit malware or interfere with its normal operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

4. Orders and payment

Orders placed through the store are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (without limitation) cases of suspected fraud, inventory error, or pricing error.

Payment is processed at the time of order placement through TODO — payment gateway name. We do not store your card details on our servers; only a transaction reference is retained for accounting and reconciliation purposes.

5. Shipping, delivery, and pickup

For delivery orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination pincode and parcel weight. Estimated delivery times are advisory and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Pickup orders may be collected from the clinic at TODO — clinic address during clinic hours.

6. Returns and refunds

• Unopened supplements may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the supplement price, less return shipping. Opened or partially-used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Appointments — cancellation and rescheduling

• Free reschedule up to 12 hours before your booked slot.
• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the slot: full refund.
• Cancellation 12–24 hours before the slot: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours before the slot: no refund.
• No-shows are treated as cancellations made less than 12 hours before the slot.

8. Medical disclaimer

The supplements offered through this store are intended to support a treatment programme directed by a qualified medical practitioner. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your treating physician before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement regimen.

Statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA or any similar regulatory body. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, branding, page layouts, software, and underlying data, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO — lawyer to confirm jurisdiction (likely Mumbai).
